I have always wanted to try my hand at making a chocolate mousse ever since I saw it on Masterchef Australia (TV prog), but never managed to do so as one of the main ingredients happened to be gelatin ( I'm not at all fond of it ). So I was naturally surprised and equally happy to see the recipe for a Chocolate mousse that didn't require any gelatin / agar agar in my Food Bloggers Circles. The recipe was quite simple and so I bookmarked it. But then, I happened to lay eyes on another similar recipe that had similar ingredients and was done in the microwave. Sounds even more easier, right? As the kids in my house (and me) are great chocoholics I didn't need to think twice before trying it out.
